Access Guidelines for the Holy Spirit Festival
These guidelines have been developed after careful consideration and consultation with the Festival Chairs and the Festival Safety Team. We also consulted with various other agencies and as a result of several hours of discussion and debate, the Festival Chairs have developed these guidelines for access to the festival.
We have met with Fr. Michael and the Parish Council and obtained consensus that these guidelines are the most reasonable options for making the festival more secure without losing the family friendly feel that we have all come to expect at our festival.
This policy is designed to provide a safe and secure environment at the Holy Spirit Festival
