Senior College Corner
This is the place to visit for information regarding the college process at Holmdel High School. Please remember, you can always consult with your counselor by stopping by the Guidance Office and making an appointment.
The Senior Packet
There are four parts to the Senior Packet, each of which can be found below. Please note, the entire Senior Packet must be submitted to your counselor before any information can be sent out to colleges.

(1) Records Release Form: This gives us permission to send out your personal information (transcript, address, and more) to colleges at your request. It requires a student and parent/guardian signature.

(2) Questionnaire: A packet of open-ended questions that help your counselor to learn more about you and write a letter to colleges that best reflects your strengths and accomplishments.

(3) Parent Brag Sheet: This provides parents with the opportunity to share information about their college candidate.

(4) Resume: A document you create to highlight your achievements in sports, clubs, community service, and employment.

Transcript Requests
Once you have completed your Senior Packet and have met with your counselor, you can begin submitting transcript requests. One transcript request must be submitted to your counselor for every school you are applying to. Upon receiving a request, your counselor will send your transcript and any other requested materials out within 10 school days. Any request submitted after 2:00pm is considered received the following school day.
