To reach success in areas of employment it is important for students to discover their unique learning styles as well as their areas of strengths and interests. Students can then learn to be self-advocates to best ensure their learning style is being addressed during future educational and employment experiences. Real-life involvment such as active participation in community-based experiences offers students the opportunity to discovery their what their interests are and how these interests align with areas of strength.
