Ampersand: The Student Journal of School & Work is an annual publication produced by 50 eleventh grade students at High Tech High Media Arts, in San Diego, California.
The book explores a variety of themes that resonate with the individual students when they spend approximately one month away from the usual school environment, and instead, explore life as interns in specific parts of the professional worlds of their local communities.
