VISION STATEMENT:

Our shared vision is that we adequately prepare our students to become contributing, productive members of our community and society in general.  We envision literate and proficient readers and writers, as well as functioning citizens capable of performing necessary skills and operations in the workplace. 

SCHOOL HISTORY:

The school was originally built during the 1940s. The building was destroyed by a fire in October 1959, and was replaced by the current building in 1963. Forty years later a new band building, a new stadium and a new vocational-studies building were built.
