A Classic British Mixing console made sometime late 70's to the 80's by Starsound.

Reputed to have been designed by ex Neve engineers who wanted to put some mid level products on the market, shares the same oxford belclare mic transformers as the Neves of the era. Uses a class-a transistor follower attached to a ne5534 opamp to build up a quite respectable mic preamp on 24 of the channels.

8-48 channels, 8 buses 2 master outs, an assortment of aux send & returns on all channels, various monitor and headphone outputs, +/- 15 DB - 4 band EQ on each channel: Bass Shelf, Sweep-able Mid 1 - 100 > 1200 hz, Sweep-able Mid 2 - 600 > 10,000 hz, High Shelf, EQ bypass, switchable 20db pad, phantom power, phase & line/mic function. 4 aux send buses on each channel. Unusual channel inserts which allow controlling insert send level, then controlling the ratio amount of returned signal to original - allowing it to be either completely wet, partially or bypassed.
