Audition Process and Information

The audition form and some of the materials are now available!  Please use the online Google Form under Audition Form if you are able.  If you cannot use this form then please contact us at springmusical@heliascatholic.com and let us know.  Someone will contact you to get the information and fill one out for you.

We would like all auditions forms and parent forms (Volunteer and Permission) submitted to us BEFORE the audition on December 3.  

Open auditions for Grease will be held Sunday, December 3 starting at 11:00 AM.  Doors will open at 10:30 AM for check in.  Please enter through The Commons, check in with the parent helper and follow any instructions given.  

A more details audition schedule will be added later.

NOTES:  Once vocal auditions are complete, there will be a brief meeting of the audition panel.  Once the meeting is over, students who are needed for callbacks (scenes and/or songs) will be asked to the stay.  Call backs will start immediately.

AUDITION GROUND RULES:   You will be allowed to keep your electronic devices as long as they do not become distracting.  Everyone is expected to assume responsibility for the condition of the rooms: straighten chairs, remove trash, return areas to original condition, and collect  belongings prior to leaving.
