Due 5/10 Extra Credit Experiment
Conduct a physics experiment related to one of the things we learned this year. You can either come up with your own experiment or find one from a book or online. There are many videos of physics experiment being done online. You are free to look through them for ideas and replicate one of those. These do not have to be original experiment ideas.
In order to get credit, you must:
Video record the experiment and share it with me. (You’re allowed to have other family members help you.)
At the beginning of the video, you must state your hypothesis. (e.g. I am going to shoot this rifle horizontally, and I expect the bullet to hit the ground after 2000 yards.)
At the beginning of the video, you must also state the steps you will take during the experiment and how you will take measurements.
Write up a report that has your hypothesis, experiment steps, and conclusion.
If you need help understanding what the expectation is for any of these steps, please e-mail me.
