Ellucian Training

Ellucian Customer Center - Customer support site where you'll find documentation, client communities and a searchable knowledge base on Banner, including known defects. This is also where you will find the link to Training. If you would like to request access to the training, the first step will be to create an account with the Ellucian Customer Center if you haven't already. Once you have an account, email Tobey Robison (trobison@heidelberg.edu) so that you can have a seat assigned.


How to Access Ellucian’s On-Demand Training

    1. Log in to the Ellucian Customer Center at: https://login.ellucian.com

If you have problems logging in, or if you need a password reset, please contact csenablement@ellucian.com

    1. Under the Search bar, on the Quick actions line, select Training. This will automatically sign you in to the Training site

    2. For tips on getting started, please check out the Use this Site channel, which can be found under the main video in the training site.


You can see a listing of all of the courses that are available in the Google Sheet below. Many of these are part of Learning Plans that you can utilize for certain roles/tasks.

What is included in the subscription?

All on-demand, recorded videos, courses, and learning plans are included in your subscription. There are thousands of videos to choose from. Please note that live, instructor-led training courses are not part of the subscription and will incur a separate cost.

I just activated a new Ellucian Customer Center user account, but I’m getting an error message when I try to access the Ellucian Training site. What should I do?

When you activate a new Customer Center account, it may take up to one hour for your access to the Ellucian Training site to be granted. During this time, you may see an error message when trying to access the training site. Please wait at least one hour and then try again. If you continue to see the error message please contact csenablement@ellucian.com.

My status says “Active Subscription” but the courses have a cost. What should I do?

Please contact the training coordinator at your institution to be assigned a license. The active subscription indicates that your institution has a subscription. However, until one of the licenses purchased by your institution is assigned to an individual user, the courses will not be included in the subscription.
