"When in doubt, go to the library." - Ron Weasley in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J. K. Rowling

In June, we commemorate National Indigenous Month. During this month, take time to recognize the rich history, heritage, resilience and diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples across Canada.

This year, HDSB Virtual Summer Reading Program presents "Wild About Reading"! for all our students. Join us for access to a diverse selection of Audiobooks & eBooks from SORA, fun games, trivia, videos, activities and more! This program is designed to encourage all students to continue their love of books and reading throughout the summer months. The Virtual Summer Reading Program website will be live June 15th! Visit https://eit.hdsb.ca/ and click on Summer Reading Link.

**Please note there is also an in-person Summer Reading program where returning students can borrow up to 10 physical books from their school library for the summer!
