· Once dismissed report to the large gym. Tracksters will use the designated restrooms to change into their athletic wear (leave all bags along gym wall.)

· Warm ups and some practice activities will take place outside (Be prepared for cold weather!)

· Keep track of your belongings-Write name on tag, underside of sleeve, etc. We collect an unbelievable amount of unclaimed lost clothing each season that ends up getting donated.
