US History Class Content

Course Description: This course covers United States History from the early people of the Americas to the Gilded Age.  In addition to studying historical events, students will examine U.S. government, civics, and geography.  The areas of concentration include Native Americans, Colonial America, the American Revolution, U.S. Constitution, Presidents, Westward Expansion, Civil War, Reconstruction and the Gilded Age (1870-1900).
