Where do I get my student's ID and VPC?
Letters were mailed home the first week of January with this information. If you did not get this letter, please contact your home high school.
I have a letter with an ID and VPC but they don't work.
Typically the issue would be the home phone number. Often the information we gat may be outdated or parents are trying to use a cell number. If no phone numbers work, you will need to go to your home high school to update their records.
I forgot my Aeries password.
Go to https://aeries.hbuhsd.edu/parent and under the log in button there is a "Forgot password?" link.
My student wanted to open enroll and now they want to go to their home school.
Go to my.hbuhsd.edu and click My Classes for Parents. Click the Open enrollment button and select the student name. Then click Cancel Petition. As long as no contract has been submitted, you will have this option.
I didn't get an email about the contract, how do I know if my student's School of Choice was approved?
Go to my.hbuhsd.edu, click My Classes for Parents and log in. Click the Open Enrollment button and then choose your student's name. Click the status line. If it reads "Pending", a contract has not been emailed.
