The Department of Education has a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoaʻs College of Education (COE) to develop assessments for grades 3 and 4. Assessments for Hawaiian Language Arts and Math will developed for both grades and a Science assessment will be developed for grade 4. Kalehua Krug of UH Mānoaʻs COE is the Principal Investigator. An Advisory Group has been assembled to help guide the project. Please find the MOA below.
