The Hamilton music program strives to provide students with a complete music education, and as such offers Jazz Band on Wednesday evenings, from 5:30 to 8:30. The goal of the Jazz program is to teach students methods and techniques that allow for the performance of Jazz style music, and incorporates those techniques in performance. The Jazz Ensembles performs at least once in the each semester at home concerts as well as at various festivals and community events.
