Resource Sharing Agreements

GWLA Resource Sharing Reciprocity Agreement, (PDF, 131 kb; link opens in new tab) 

 The Resource Sharing Reciprocity Agreement is the foundational document for GWLA Resource Sharing. It establishes signatory members as participants in free, reciprocal, high-quality GWLA resource sharing. It also outlines the service and participation requirements for GWLA Resource Sharing. All GWLA member institutions must sign this document. It is reviewed every three years or as required.

GWLA On-Site Reciprocal Borrowing Circulation Agreement is a program for faculty, staff and students of participating GWLA institutions may borrow library materials on site while visiting another GWLA-member campus.  This program is voluntary and may not be available at all member locations.  Each institution may set its own policies regarding loan terms and identification requirements for visiting scholars.
