The Iowa State University Library is seeking applications for an AI Instruction Librarian II. This 2-year term position will provide leadership in developing educational materials on AI tools, instruction, research support, and disciplinary research skills through consultations, workshops, course-related instruction and campus-level networks. The AI Librarian will also continue to develop and administer the Learning Lab and provide continued support for the AI Minor.

The successful candidate will have a customer-service focus, be skilled in organization and time management, possess the ability to interact effectively with library staff and the university community, and work independently as well as collaboratively in a rapidly changing, team-based environment

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

This is an initial two-year term position, with expectation for renewal based on availability of funding.
