Occasionally businesses around Thunderbird will let me know if they are looking to hire students.
Most places have you apply online instead of filling out paper applications. Here are the steps you should take when applying for a job.
1. Create a resume - If you need help, please stop by the Career Center
2. Apply online. You may have to upload your resume when you apply.
3. Go to the business you applied for and 1) let them know you have applied 2) give them your resume. This is a great way to show that you are really interested in the job.
Make sure when you go to the business to deliver your resume that you are dressed appropriately and look like you are ready for an interview.
