Person Driven Plan
A person driven plan is the student's plan, they decide what to put in it , who to invite and what they want.
It includes their history, important life events, family, important people, things they really like, things they are good at, life dreams and goals, and ends with a first step plan to begin to work towards their lifelong goals. Once this is done the students is expected to not only attend their IEP meeting, but to be the center of it and to of course DRIVE it!!.
