If individuals benefit from having a coach, could teams also benefit from a coach? We believe the answer to this question is a definite "Yes." Is coaching individuals the same as coaching a group or team? We believe the answer to this question is "No."
In this team coaching workshop (which can be attended in person - or now, virtually!), participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves and of group dynamics by being members of a group that is working to become a learning team. By practicing skills and analyzing their experiences in this workshop, participants learn in a grounded and personal way to see when and how to intervene in the group dynamics of a team. As part of this process, participants also increase their self-awareness of their impact in groups. (Register...)
If you already have training with team coaching tools, our workshop will help you know when to use the tools you've already learned. If you haven't learned any team coaching tools or interventions yet, you will take some with you from this workshop. (More...)
The faculty for this workshop, Anne Litwin, PhD, and David Hudnut, MA, have been training team coaches for more than 15 years in both North America and Europe. As executive coaches and team coaches themselves, they bring both experience in the field and theoretical knowledge to this work.
