Skills learnt in this workshop are essential for people ready to reach their potential and extremely useful for practitioners or those on a spiritual path in maintaining their energy and avoiding burnout.
DAY 1: INDOORS LEARNING
PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS
- Overview of Level 1
- A detailed look at the whole energy system
- Setting up a Practice (self worth)
- Meditation and connection with Guides
- Hands on Shamanic Healing (working with energy)
DAY 2: IN NATURE
CONNECTING WITH MOTHER EARTH
- Working with all the elements
- Learning to be whole with your surroundings
- Working with the Earth changes that are happening all around us on a daily basis
- Working more consciously with Spirit
- A deeper connection with extraterrestrial and interdimensional beings
- Drumming, Singing and Grounding with Mother Earth
Days 1 & 2 : BYO Drums, Rattles and Voice!
Day 2: BYO chair and dress for the weather.
