Medicaid or Tefra
a. Medicaid: Based on Household Income
b. Tefra (Medicaid): Enables children with disabilities (up to age 18) to qualify for Medicaid based on their own income, not the parents', to live at home.
c. It is best to select “fee of service” - this will not cost you a thing but provides the most available services

b. Child must have Medicaid or Tefra
c. Child must be 4 years old or older
