Welcome to Chef Musco's syllabi page. I have attached the syllabi associated with the culinary curriculum at Harley Bonds. The two culinary syllabi are the classes associated with the culinary certificate during your two years here at bonds. Once the two years are completed you are designated a completer and will have a culinary certificate. There is also a national certification you can receive after passing two exams issued by the NRAEF and having worked 200 hours in a culinary related field. The other four syllabi are associated with our dual credit classes in partnership with Greenville Tech. These classes upon completion with a passing grade will give you a total of 12 college credits if you stay for two years. The classes also will improve your High School GPA as they are considered AP classes. The only pre-req is passing the asset test which is a basic reading,writing and math test to make sure you have achieved a level of competence that will allow you to be successful academically.
