I am super excited to welcome your child into my ML classroom this year. I work with Multilingual Learner students in kindergarten through fifth grade whose first language is other than English. I have previously taught first, second, and fourth grades in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina for over 20 years. I am married to a wonderful and supportive husband and together we have two amazing and beautiful daughters., one a Clemson Tiger and one a Carolina Gamecock.
I enjoy traveling to new places, running in charity road races, attending golf tournaments, trying new restaurants, shopping for good deals, hiking in the mountains, and watching football with my sweet family and friends. I love reading mystery books, drinking Starbucks coffee, going to the beach, and just about anything chocolate.
I'm looking forward to learning more about your child, and supporting them on their journey to English language acquisition.
