ABOUT ME

Hi! I am excited to teach and learn alongside each of you! Learning is a gift and I hope to teach and explore the many ways we can learn and grow.

My husband, Brian, and I have four kids and five grandkids! Teaching is my second career and I love it. Before teaching we worked at the Paul Anderson Youth Home in Toccoa, GA. Although I am not originally from Greenville, we have lived here for 29 years. We love the mountains and the beach, playing games and drinking coffee together.

I have experience in 2nd - 4th, 6th and 8th grades. I am certified in Middle Level Science and English and received my Masters in Education. I have the following state endorsements: Gifted and Talented and Disciplinary Literacy-R2 Succeed. Collectively, this will be my 16th year of teaching. I am more excited than ever to have the honor of teaching your student this year! Please reach out if you need me throughout the year.
