Meet the Teacher
My name is Angela Adams, and I’m excited to begin my 17th year teaching in the Greenville County School District—and my 33rd year in education! Before moving to beautiful Greenville, SC, I spent 16 years teaching in New Hampshire. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to teach special education (K5–5th grade), K5, 1st, and 2nd grades, and I’ve also served as a Reading Interventionist.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, reading, scrapbooking, and taking walks with our dog, Luna. I have three sons: my oldest is married and has two wonderful daughters, my middle son lives in Colorado, and my youngest is currently a freshman at Greenville Technical College, studying Computer Science.
As an educator, I am committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every child can flourish. I believe that every student has unique strengths and the potential to succeed, and it’s my mission to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the year.
I truly value open communication and collaboration with families, and I look forward to partnering with you to make this a fantastic year for your child. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns, or just to say hello!
