About Our Educator

Frances Ramirez has been a Parent Educator since 2003 and also a retired Kindergarten teacher. Prior to these years, she worked as a Teacher/Program Director at the Emporia Community Day Care Center for 15 years. She decided to pursue a degree in higher education and completed her Elementary Education degree at Emporia State University in 2002. Frances and her husband, Marty, live in Lebo.
