1) Students will demonstrate personal growth in the three specific areas of personal management, team work and fundamental skills as outlined in the Conference Board of Canada's Employability Skills.

2) Students will be expected to develop a self-directed individual educational/career plan.

3) Students will be expected to acquire and show growth in relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes required in today's society through the development of an employability/career portfolio.

4) Students will be expected to complete a community based learning experience.
5) Students will be expected to have an educational, training and evaluation plan for the community based experience experimental learning opportunity.
