8th grade students will be coming to the LMC to research U.S. history topics from colonial days through the reconstruction after the American Civil War. Students will select a topic and receive instruction from their history teacher and Mr. Landry on the proper way to conduct extended research.

Articles found on Issues & Controversies in American History
Articles found on Marshall Cavendish Digital database
Website found by student and evaluated using the C.R.A.A.P. method
Using NoodleTools, student will create a formal Modern Language Association style Work cited list for this project.
