Advisement

Advisement class takes place Wednesday of each week. During this time, students complete various activities on Smart Futures as well as other classroom activities, lessons, and tasks, to help them develop into a well-rounded individual.

Each year, students will complete a minimum of 4 activities each year on Smart Futures in order to earn a credit for Advisement and be eligible for graduation. Smart Futures is a curriculum-embedded connection to the real world — how a student’s skills, knowledge, interests, values and personality are inherently linked to opportunities that will be available to them when they leave school.
