About Me

My name is Melissa Furfari, and I am a 2nd grade teacher at Greater Johnstown Elementary . I graduated from Saint Francis University with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. After I graduated, I left the Johnstown area to pursue my career out of state. Since I returned to Johnstown in 2005, I have been teaching at the Greater Johnstown School District for the past ten years. I look forward to this upcoming school year and I hope my students do too!.
