Science

Science class is set up as an inquiry based learning environment. We will frequently work in groups to explore and experiment in order to find answers to important scientific questions. We will use the scientific method to plan and conduct experiments and will analyze the results as real scientists would. Because science class will be very much hands-on, homework will rarely be assigned; however, the students will need to prepare for lesson quizzes and tests at home. The students will be notified in advance when these assessments will be given and will write the dates in their planners.
