Title: Asymptotic behavior for perturbed solitons-from the interface of quantum and spectral geometry
Abstract: In this presentation, I shall give a brief overview about the recent progress on the long time asymptotic stability problem for Bose-Einstein condensation modeling of the N-body particles (bosons/fermions) in physics. The analysis of the governing equation (of NLS/Dirac type) might exhibit the connection of the problem to spectral and geometric properties for suitable linearization operators as well as spacetime resonance for nonlinear operators. In the setting of magnetic fields, numerical construction will be given for vortex solitons along with their dynamical trajectories.
