Title Page

Your title page should have on it the following information, in whatever order you choose. None of this information should appear elsewhere in your paper:

--Title of your paper

--Course name and number

--Professor's name (spelled correctly, of course)

--Due date for the paper

--Submission date, if different from above

--Your name

Here is an example:

HIST 7630, Graduate Readings in European History
