PBIS 1st Semester Discipline Data
At OCPES, we prioritize a safe and positive environment for your children as is evident during our monthly Positive Behavior Intervention System meetings that highlight and focus on student behaviors.
The graph identifies infractions, the number of incidences, and by what grade level. The most common of these infractions involve tobacco usage or possession, assault on an adult, assault on a student, physical aggression, and the use of offensive words. As noted, physical aggression being our most common across grade levels three through five.
Expectations are the same for all students and are taught to your child at the start of every school year and reinforced daily. We thank you for your support as we share the same goals when it comes to student behavior.
We continue to foster positive behavior and encourage all students to do well. Congratulations to kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade students for receiving 0 discipline referrals during the first semester of SY 2022-2023.
