Note: Only the Primary Account Administrator can manage e-mail on a FinalWeb domain. E-mail is not an option on demonstration accounts.
Login
Navigate to the Site Manager > Email > Manage Email Accounts. Alternatively access the e-mail administration page at bit.ly/fwmailadmin.
Log into the IceWarp mail server using the Primary Account Administrator login credentials. The login e-mail address should be in the format of FinalWebAccountName@YourDomain.com and the password should be the one used to login to your FinalWeb account. Press the Arrow button.
Set Up Administration Account Default Alias List
Click the Setting… tab in the upper center area of the window.
On the Domain tab, edit the Default alias list to include any desired global e-mail address alias which should be routed to the administrator e-mail. Separate each alias with a semicolon. Click OK when done.
Create a new user
Click the New User icon OR the New User button.
Input the following information and click OK:
Alias: [Any possible e-mail addresses that people may use for contact separated by semicolons]welsj;johnwels;jwels;johnw
Username: [Desired e-mail address] john.wels
Note: Consider adopting a consistent naming scheme for all e-mail accounts on your domain, i.e. FirstInitialLastName, FirstName.LastName, etc.
Name: [First and last name of the new user] John Wels
Password: [Select a password]
Confirm: [Type the password again]
Create a mailing/distribution list
Click the Mailing List icon OR the New Mailing List button.
Input the following information and click OK:
Alias: [Desired e-mail address] staff
Click the newly created mailing list e-mail address to edit.
On the Members tab, click the Create new button to add e-mail addresses to the distribution list.
There are three ways to add addresses:
Repeat until all desired addresses are added to the list. Click OK.
