Scenario: Your congregation is recording and digitizing the weekly sermons and would like to make them available on your web site and in iTunes.

Class Files: sermon.mp3 and podcastLogo.jpg

Navigate to the A/V Downloads page using the link in the home page feature menu.

Edit Podcast Info

Click the Edit Podcast Info button.

Input the following information and click Save Changes.

Subtitle: Sermons from [your church name]

Summary: Weekly podcast of sermons from [your church name] in your church city, state].

Author: Pastors Paul Helbig and Mark Bowman

Owner Name: [Your name]

Contact e-mail: [as desired]

Click the Upload a New File button and select the file podcastLogo.jpg from the available class files.

Upload Audio File

Each week when a new sermon audio file is produced, click the Add new record button.

Input the following information and click Save Changes.

Title: United By God In Christ

Upload a New File: sermon.mp3 from the available class files.

Note: It takes time for audio files to upload and the system may not seem to respond right away to your file selection. Be patient!

Submit the Podcast to iTunes

Click the Subscribe to Podcast button.

Select the Sermons category and click the Subscribe to Podcast button.

Click the RSS LINK button next to Sermons.

Copy the URL of the RSS feed to your clipboard by placing your cursor in the field and pressing Control + A to select the entire URL and right click or Control/Command + C to copy. Click CLOSE.

Go to bit.ly/fwitunes and follow the instructions and links for submitting the podcast feed to iTunes. Paste (Control + V) the podcast URL in the appropriate field.
