Upon graduation from law school at the University of Detroit, Mr. Fishler decided to take the Michigan Bar Examination and then move to the New York Metropolitan area and seek employment. He is admitted to practice law in the states of New York, New Jersey and Michigan as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and District of New Jersey. Mr. Fishler has extensive experience in all aspects of the practice of real estate law, including acquisition, sale, development, financing, leasing, IRC Section 1031 exchanges, preparation and filing of offering plans, zoning, and municipal matters. In addition, he has extensive litigation experience inclusive of trials and appellate practice.

The purchase of a freestanding Walgreens store site for 8.1M; the sale of property in Brooklyn for 17.5M, the purchase and development of land from the NYCEDC; numerous leases for landlords and tenants with nationally prominent landlords and tenants; the sale and purchase of a large scale residential development in Staten Island; the representation of national lenders for both residential and commercial loans.
