from Arionus, Chiang, & Ku

Hello Students -

We (Mrs. Arionus, Ms. Chiang, and Ms. Ku) have prepared some items for you to look over in case you want to do some MATH! during the School Closure. As a reminder, this work is OPTIONAL and you WILL NOT receive credit for these assignments.

We prepared some videos and practice for Chapter 10b if you are interested in exploring what parametric equations are (because that is how we define the unit circle) and how complex numbers in trigonometric form are related to graphs. The topics in these videos will be useful if you choose to take Calculus BC in the future. If you are interested in practice problems for these topics, your teachers have posted optional problem sets in WebAssign.

Additionally, some of you may remember that the first part of your Final Exam was originally scheduled to take place on April 3. School is closed on that date. This means the Trig Final (also known as Midterm or Final 1) will take place later in the month. We prepared some review materials for you. In the folder titled "Final 1 Review," you will find practice problems, written solutions, and video solutions for selected problems.

Please note, you will need to be signed in to your WVUSD account in order to access the materials in the folders below.

More examples of Chapter 10b problems are available on Mrs. Arionus' website: 10.6, 10.7, 10.8
