PGP Lessons & Resources
A Personal Graduation Plan or PGP is a student's four year high school plan mapping out their future courses from freshman to senior year. With the help of their school counselor all 8th grade students will create this plan by the end of their 8th grade year.
We will start working with students on their PGPs after the first quarter.
Magnet applicants should be passing all classes and have a minimum combined average of 80 in English, Math, Science and Social Studies classes.
First semester grades are used to meet guidelines.
Some Magnet programs have additional grade requirements.

If your student does not plan on attending RHS, please make sure you complete this link. The form must be completed by your student's RISD Google account. This is very important, as it lets us know we need to meet with your student to select their classes for the high school they intend on attending.
Please remember that, in addition to online enrollment, you may need to do the following:
If RHS is not your home school AND your student was not accepted into an RHS magnet, you will need to complete the online application for a Transfer Next Level before May 23. After you submit the request, the principal of the receiving school will review it for approval.
If your student intends on going to Berkner, Lake Highlands, or JJ Pearce and it is not your home school, you should complete the Intradistrict Transfer.
