My career in Olmsted Falls began in 1989. I am fortunate to teach in a community committed to the education of the children. My first year of teaching was as a Intervention Specialist in grades 1-5. I have spent the remaining years teaching 5th grade. This year I am teaching all of the math and science to the students on our team. I believe that education should be student-centered, differentiated, and when appropriate, integrated with technology, to help students be prepared for a future profession in the 21st century.
I grew up in Springfield, Ohio and obtained my undergraduate degree from Quincy University in Education. I also received my Master of Education Degree from Cleveland State University in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in elementary mathematics.
I live in North Olmsted with my wife and two sons.
