For 7th and 8th Grade Classes:
The end of the quarter is approaching soon (at the end of this month); therefore, it is important for students to stay current with their school work.
With that said, students are encouraged to submit any missing work as soon as possible. To help students stay organized, I have created a chart for them (indicating their completed work and any missing work). Each student has received their personalized chart during class this week.
Reminder for 7th and 8th Grade Classes:
Novel Projects are due Friday, January 18, 2019.
Students: please submit your work in class by that day or submit electronically. Project choices are listed (again for you) on Google Classroom.
7th and 8th Grade:
Our "in class" Spelling Bee competition will be held on Tuesday, November 20th; the finalists will then go on to compete in the whole school Spelling Bee event on Wednesday November 21st. As a reminder: there will be early dismissal that day (11:00 am).

8th Grade:
Dropout Nation Writing Assignment is due Thursday, November 22nd. Helpful resources are available on Google Classroom. Extra help is also available. Please see Ms. Elberfeld in Room 259 to set up a time.
7th Grade:
Hound of the Baskervilles Essay due Friday, November 2nd.
8th grade and 8th grade honors:
- Outsiders Movie Review Essay due Friday, November 9th.
ALL CLASSES: INDEPENDENT NOVEL PROJECT DUE MONDAY NOVEMBER 5th!
