If you are a current student who needs a transcript sent to a post-secondary school, a scholarship committee, the NCAA, etc., please complete this form and see Miss Hykes.

Alumni can request a transcript be sent by contacting the High School Office directly at (814) 685-3866 or this form can be filled out and emailed to Miss Hykes at chykes@frsd.info.
