The 2x2 Books are selected by the state of Texas as books that are highly recommended for children ages 2 to Second grade.
They are books that can be read aloud or read individually. Sem Elementary Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders will have the opportunity to read or listen to each 2x2 book and do activities related to that book during the 2024-2025 school year.
In the Spring we will have a Book Battle to determine Sem's favorite 2x2 book. If you would like to read the 2x2 books with your child, please see the list below:
