Hi there, sweet families! My name is Macey Osteen, and I’m so happy to be in my 4th year at Sem Elementary—what a joy it is to be part of this amazing school community!

I was born and raised right here in Frisco and graduated from Centennial High School in 2018. I then headed off to Texas Tech University, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education and graduated in May of 2022. Teaching has always been my passion, and I truly feel like I’m living my dream.

I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we just celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary this July. We just had our first baby boy in August, and we are loving every minute! We also have a sweet little pup named Lentil Bean, who just turned 2. He’s full of energy and brings so much love to our home.

Outside of the classroom, I love curling up with a good book, exploring new places, doodling and drawing, and spending time with the people I love most.

I am so grateful to be teaching 1st grade again this year. It’s going to be a year filled with learning, laughter, and lots of growth. I can’t wait to meet my new students and families—it’s going to be a truly special year together!
