Hi there, sweet families! My name is Macey Osteen, and I’m so happy to be in my 5th year at Sem Elementary—what a joy it is to be part of this amazing school community!

I was born and raised right here in Frisco and graduated from Centennial High School in 2018. I then headed off to Texas Tech University, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education and graduated in May of 2022. Teaching has always been my passion, and I truly feel like I’m living my dream.

I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we just celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary this July. We have a son who will turn 1 this August. We also have a sweet little pup named Lentil Bean!

Outside of the classroom, I love curling up with a good book, exploring new places, doodling and drawing, and spending time with the people I love most.

I am so grateful to be teaching 1st grade again this year. It’s going to be a year filled with learning, laughter, and lots of growth. I can’t wait to meet my new students and families—it’s going to be a truly special year together!
