Ms. Hudson
Ellen Hudson
Hello! My name is Ellen Hudson, and I’m so excited to teach second grade this year at Robertson! This is my fifteenth year in education. I’ve taught several grade levels as a classroom teacher for both preschool and elementary students. I’ve also been an elementary school librarian for students in Pre-K through sixth grade. I worked as a paraprofessional as a part of the special education team here at Robertson. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. I earned my teaching certification and Master’s degree in Library Science from the University of North Texas in Denton.
I’m a native Dallasite, and have lived in Frisco for the last 22 years. Wow, has it changed! I have two wonderful sons, Michael and John. Michael graduated from the University of Houston with a business degree in supply chain management, and is now working for Toyota. John is studying chemical engineering at the University of Houston and plays snare drum for the Spirit of Houston marching band!
In my free time I love to travel and spend time with my family and friends. I can hardly wait to meet my wonderful students. It’s going to be a great year!
