I am so excited to be your child's kindergarten teacher.

This will be my 24th year in education. I taught for 18 years in San Antonio, TX before moving to Frisco 5 years ago. I have taught kinder through fourth grade. I cannot say which has been my favorite grade to teach (of course it's kinder!), but I can say reading is one of my favorite things to do with my students!

I graduated from UTSA with a Masters in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies. I also received my undergraduate degree from UTSA in Early Childhood Education and Reading.

I am a dog and cat person, however, my favorite animal is the elephant! We will learn all about the importance of working together and becoming a herd! Once a part of my herd, always a part of my herd!

This year will be a struggle on my mama heart as my son has moved on from Robertson and will begin his first year in middle school. We have been at the same school since kindergarten, and from day 1 at Robertson, we felt at home with family. #Ubuntu
