Payment of Lost/Damaged Books


Support Our Library is a program set up to pay for lost or damaged books from the Mooneyham Library. This program allows Mrs. Noll to purchase library bound books that are processed for immediate circulation in our library once they are shipped to our school. If your child has lost a book or has a damaged book that is non-repairable, Mrs. Noll will send an email or note letting you know how much the lost or damaged book costs. Follow the steps below to pay for a lost/damaged book/books.

  1. Click the link to Support Our Library . You will be taken to the page to pay for the book/books.

  2. Click on the Donate Money link and follow the steps to make a payment using the Donate Money link. Mrs. Noll will use Donated Money to replace lost or damaged books.

  3. Please note that we will not accept cash, checks to Mooneyham Elementary, or replacement books for those lost or damaged. All lost or damaged items must be paid for using Support Our Library. Before you pay for the book, be sure you have searched everywhere for it (think about in closets, under beds, in the back seat of the car) as we are unable to refund your money once the book has been paid for. If a book is found, you will have the option to either keep that book or donate it to the library.
