Mrs. Nix

Hi, my name is Michelle Nix and I am so excited to begin my 13th year teaching in Frisco ISD! I previously taught first grade for ten years, and second grade for two years. 

I grew up in Allen, Texas where I graduated high school from Allen High School. I received my Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas.  

I currently live in Celina, Texas with my wonderful husband, Cory. We have two beautiful children; Kennedy (2 yrs) and Stetson (1 month) , and a crazy sheepadoodle named Oreo. 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and my family. We love traveling and being at home with our children. 

I'm so excited for this school year to begin! I can't wait to meet my new group of first graders, and I know that it will be such a wonderful year!
